If within the first 30 days, following the date your purchase from www.newwaveart.com is delivered to your residence or place of business, you are unhappy due to any craftsman defects or you are just plain unhappy with your purchase, all you have to do is send us back your purchase. We will credit your account, or provide you a replacement or an exchange. Be sure to review our return policy below so you know how to return your purchase, as well as our guidelines. Please note, we cannot accept items that have been used.
Our Return Policy
All products have a 30 day refund policy from the date delivered. If you would like to return, replace or exchange a non-damaged purchase, first, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 484-924-8619. Returns must be approved in advance and accompanied with the original invoice once your return has been approved. We cannot accept a return COD. Items must be returned before we can reimburse your credit card, or provide an exchange. We cannot accept returned items that have been used.
Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition” meaning the item/s returned show no signs of use, wear or damage in any way.
If you would like to exchange your u.go Plein Air | Anywhere Pochade Box or wood accessories for aesthetic reasons New Wave is not responsible for any shipping expenses.
